Misbha qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has several years of post-qualification experience in all aspects of real estate. She founded Ally Randall Solicitors in 2023. She specialises in handling all kinds of real estate issues for renters, landlords, and freeholders. She has expertise representing both landlords and tenants in disputes involving the renewal of company leases, both in opposition to and in support of them. Misbha efficiently manages her team together with clients’ expectations and requirements. Misbha focuses on residential real estate matters. However also has vast experience in immigration matters as she was qualified in it. In addition to your normal residential real estate matters listed above, she has a wealth of experience acting for individuals and companies in high-value transactions dealing with the purchase, sale, and finance of prime residential and ‘trophy’ properties in London and across the UK.

Anna has 3 decades of Conveyancing experience, previously holding the role of Head of the Conveyancing Department at The Sethi Partnership Solicitors, and later as a Consultant with Taylor Rose MW Solicitors, before joining Ally Randall Solicitors as a Conveyancer and Associate. She is a legal property expert with a plethora of knowledge and wealth of experience, who has established a reputation for giving professional service with a positive attitude. Anna has strong connections and trusts in the local area from her years of experience. She oversees a diverse caseload of residential and business conveyancing cases, offering clear and comprehensive advice to her clients, guiding them throughout their transactions, and assisting them with the common challenges faced during the conveyancing process. Anna handles all of her clients with respect and trust and will endeavour to provide the best service possible, and whether you’re a first time purchaser or adding to your property portfolio, Anna prides herself in her personalised approach as she understands how stressful the process can be. She has extensive experience and expertise acting in high net worth conveyancing transactions.

Alessia is part of our Conveyancing Team and although she has only recently joined Ally Randall Solicitors, she has been assisting one of Directors (Anna Randall) for a number of years with the initial conduct of new matters, including guiding clients through the first steps of the Conveyancing process. She also assists the team with the general running of the files, particularly the preparation of contracts and post completion matters. She oversees the general administration on behalf of the Conveyancing Team and the office, and the welcoming of clients due to her approachable nature. Alessia is also renowned for being a highly organised member of the team, especially with regards to her adherence to deadlines. Alessia is happy to assist clients and act as the liaison between clients and the fee earners to provide them with a smooth transaction, and to ease any concerns clients may have. Many clients have acknowledged her efficient response to their communications, and she is extremely diligent especially with the finer details during transactions. Despite being a talented Paralegal, outside of work, Alessia is passionate about pursuing a career in the film industry and aspires to be a world-renowned film and television producer.

Hussnain qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Hussnain leads teams and has an excellent level of expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions which allows him to provide comprehensive and practical advice to his clients. He has a wealth of experience in acting for individuals and companies in the acquisition, sale, and finance of prime residential and ‘trophy’ properties as well as managing the residential and commercial property portfolios in London and across the UK. Hussnain focuses on commercial and residential conveyancing including acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions in both small and large commercial properties and FRI leases, but also has experience in matters relating to property financing and land acquisition including advising on financing, development, asset management, and disposal of mixed-use and residential developments and investment work. Hussnain also has experience in dealing with transactions involving Islamic, Bridging, and Development Finance. Hussnain is the founding director of Ally Randall and is committed to giving each client a thorough and competent service. His method for working with clients is to fully comprehend their situation and ensure that they are satisfied that all options have been considered. Alannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 previously holding the role as Head of the Private Client Department at The Sethi Partnership, later becoming a Consultant at Taylor Rose MW Solicitors, before joining the team at Ally Randall Solicitors. She has a number of years’ experience within a diverse range of matters within the Private Client Sector including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, & Probate. She can also assist clients with Declarations of Trust and Change of Name Deeds. Over the years, she has built a reputation within the locality for her professional, yet personable approach to each client and their matter. Alannah prides herself in providing each client with the best service and making what can be the most challenging times and difficult decisions seem a little easier to manage by individually tailoring her approach to the clients’ needs. She believes that it is best to speak to clients without the legal jargon and has been told that this approach is the reason why clients are happy to recommend her to their family and friends, something she is always grateful for. She finds it rewarding when a client leaves her office feeling assured they are in safe hands. Outside of work, Alannah loves cooking and baking, travelling and spending time with her loved ones. Chantal is part of our Conveyancing Team and currently undertaking her SQE Course to qualify as a Solicitor, whilst building her experience as a Paralegal with Ally Randall Solicitors. She assists the team with the general day to day running of conveyancing transactions, including meeting clients and the drafting of documents. Her personable nature helps ease clients during what can be a stressful time, and she is happy to help guide them through each of the steps during the conveyancing process. She is highly organised and attentive, and understands that some clients may need more support than others. Chantal acts as the liaison between clients and the fee earners to provide them with a smooth transaction, and to alleviate any concerns clients may have. Clients have remarked on her active approach to their communications, and her attention to detail is imperative, particularly in conveyancing matters. Despite being a talented Paralegal, Chantal strives to become a successful fee earner within her own right in the future as a result of her commitment and motivation, along with the assistance and experience gained from working with senior members of the team.
