Hussnain qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is a Managing Director and founding member of Ally Randall. He is a highly experienced property lawyer with a distinguished track record in both residential and commercial real estate matters.
He leads specialist teams within the firm, delivering strategic oversight and ensuring the highest standards of client service. Hussnain possesses extensive expertise across all aspects of property transactions, enabling him to provide clear, commercially focused, and pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
His practice encompasses acting for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposal, and financing of prime residential and high-value (“trophy”) assets. He also advises on the structuring and management of complex residential and commercial property portfolios across London and the wider UK.
Hussnain’s core areas of expertise include commercial and residential conveyancing. In addition, he regularly advises on real estate finance, land acquisition, development projects, asset management strategies, and the disposal of mixed-use and residential developments.
He brings particular strength in specialist financing arrangements, including Islamic finance, bridging finance, and development finance, offering clients tailored solutions in complex transactional environments.

Managing Director | Solicitor

Misbha is the Founder and Managing Director of Ally Randall Solicitors and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011. She brings a wealth of experience across multiple practice areas, with a strong focus on delivering strategic oversight and maintaining the highest standards across the firm.
Her expertise spans both corporate and private immigration, where she has advised businesses and individuals on a wide variety of matters, including sponsorship, work visas, and complex immigration applications. This dual perspective enables her to understand the needs of both organisations and private clients navigating the UK immigration system.
Misbha also has extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, with a thorough understanding of the legal and practical aspects of property transactions. She has acted on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and financing of residential and commercial properties, and is familiar with the demands of high-value transactions across London and the UK.

Alannah Macdonald

Director | Solicitor

Alannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 previously holding the role as Head of the Private Client Department at The Sethi Partnership, later becoming a Consultant at Taylor Rose MW Solicitors, before joining the team at Ally Randall Solicitors. She has a number of years’ experience within a diverse range of matters within the Private Client Sector including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, & Probate. She can also assist clients with Declarations of Trust and Change of Name Deeds. Over the years, she has built a reputation within the locality for her professional, yet personable approach to each client and their matter.
Alannah prides herself in providing each client with the best service and making what can be the most challenging times and difficult decisions seem a little easier to manage by individually tailoring her approach to the clients’ needs. She believes that it is best to speak to clients without the legal jargon and has been told that this approach is the reason why clients are happy to recommend her to their family and friends, something she is always grateful for.
She finds it rewarding when a client leaves her office feeling assured they are in safe hands.
Outside of work, Alannah loves cooking and baking, travelling and spending time with her loved ones. She is also involved in a range of fundraising events and activities for the local community and for charities.

Anna Randall

Associate | Conveyancer

Anna is a highly regarded conveyancing specialist at Ally Randall Solicitors, with over 29 years of experience in residential property matters. She is well known in the local area and has built an exceptional reputation for her expertise, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to delivering results.
With a strong background in leading conveyancing teams, Anna combines technical excellence with a proactive and hardworking approach. She manages a wide-ranging caseload of residential business conveyancing transactions, providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice throughout every stage of the process.
Anna is recognised for her efficient handling of matters and her determination to progress transactions smoothly and without delay. She takes a highly responsive and hands-on approach, ensuring clients are kept informed and always supported, whether they are first-time buyers or experienced investors with extensive property portfolios.

Ismail Douadi Satae

Trainee Solicitor

Ismail is a Trainee Solicitor with prior experience as a Paralegal. He has worked primarily on residential conveyancing matters, with additional exposure to commercial conveyancing and compliance work. He has assisted on leasehold matters, new build purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, auction purchases, and related transactions. He is committed to guiding clients through each stage of the conveyancing process with supportive, responsive communication.

Alessia Randall

Paralegal

Alessia is part of our Conveyancing Team and although she has only recently joined Ally Randall Solicitors, she has been assisting one of Directors (Anna Randall) for a number of years with the initial conduct of new matters, including guiding clients through the first steps of the Conveyancing process. She also assists the team with the general running of the files, particularly the preparation of contracts and post completion matters.
She oversees the general administration on behalf of the Conveyancing Team and the office, and the welcoming of clients due to her approachable nature. Alessia is also renowned for being a highly organised member of the team, especially with regards to her adherence to deadlines.
Alessia is happy to assist clients and act as the liaison between clients and the fee earners to provide them with a smooth transaction, and to ease any concerns clients may have. Many clients have acknowledged her efficient response to their communications, and she is extremely diligent especially with the finer details during transactions.
Despite being a talented Paralegal, outside of work, Alessia is passionate about pursuing a career in the film industry and aspires to be a world-renowned film and television producer.

Nisha Kanji

Conveyancing Paralegal

Nisha joined the Conveyancing Team in October 2025 and has several years’ prior experience working on new build transactions. In her role, she supports the daily progression of conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth transactions and clear guidance throughout the process.
She is approachable and acts as liaison between clients and fee-earners, helping to manage expectations and ease any client concerns. Nisha is committed to delivering a high standard of service through each stage of the conveyancing process with clarity and professionalism.
Having completed her LPC, Nisha is now working towards qualifying as a Solicitor and continues to build strong foundations for a successful legal career
