Alannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2015, having previously held the role of Head of the Private Client Department at The Sethi Partnership and later becoming a Consultant at Taylor Rose MW Solicitors before joining Ally Randall Solicitors. She has significant experience across a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, and Probate. She also assists clients with Declarations of Trust and Change of Name Deeds. Over the years, Alannah has built a reputation within the locality for her professional yet personable approach. She prides herself on tailoring her service to each client’s needs and is known for explaining matters clearly without unnecessary legal jargon, helping clients feel reassured and supported during difficult times.

Trainee Solicitor

Ismail is a Trainee Solicitor with prior experience as a Paralegal. He has worked primarily on residential conveyancing matters, with additional exposure to commercial conveyancing and compliance work. He has assisted on leasehold matters, new build purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, auction purchases, and related transactions. He is committed to guiding clients through each stage of the conveyancing process with supportive, responsive communication.

Alessia Randall

Paralegal

Alessia is part of the Conveyancing Team and, although she has only recently joined Ally Randall Solicitors, she has been assisting one of the Directors, Anna Randall, for a number of years. She supports the initial conduct of new matters, helps guide clients through the first steps of the conveyancing process, and assists with the preparation of contracts and post-completion matters. Alessia also oversees general administration for the Conveyancing Team and the office and is known for her approachable nature, organisation, and strong attention to deadlines. Clients value her efficiency, diligence, and the reassurance she provides throughout their transaction.

Nisha Kanji

Conveyancing Paralegal

Nisha joined the conveyancing team in October 2025 and supports the daily progression of conveyancing matters. She helps ensure smooth transactions, clear guidance, and strong communication throughout the process. Having completed her LPC, she is now working towards qualifying as a Solicitor.
