Commercial Fee Scale
- Commercial Sales purchases / remortgages starting at between £250k to 999,999 = £1500.00 plus Vat
- Above 1m – £2500.00 plus VAT
- Grant of new and Renewal of commercial leases, assignment of existing leases & sub leases acting for both landlords & tenants = £2,000 plus VAT
- Bridging Finance = £2500.00 plus VAT
- Independent Legal Advice meetings (ILA) for various matters = £550.00 plus Vat
