We can assist with reviewing your present estate arrangements and, where appropriate, work with selected third parties to provide comprehensive advice, as well as giving specialist advice relating to Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. The Team can also provide advice and support in the managing of affairs for older Clients, particularly in circumstances where mental capacity may be deteriorating, and when the time comes, guide you through the administration of the Estate, ultimately relieving you of additional burdens during a difficult time.
