Hussnain focuses on commercial and residential conveyancing including acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions in both small and large commercial properties and FRI leases, but also has experience in matters relating to property financing and land acquisition including advising on financing, development, asset management, and disposal of mixed-use and residential developments and investment work.
